Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Italian Vega™ packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity labels remain attached.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
